- Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and the ability to engage with candidates in technical fields.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, laser, process, and R&D engineers.
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
