As a Sr Engineering Specialist, you will be part of the Global Wafer Systems - Factory IT Support team. Your responsibilities include installing and maintaining Factory PCs, supporting factory applications, and ensuring uptime of mission-critical IT equipment. You will handle security patching, compliance with info security initiatives, and contribute to global IT projects. The role also involves fault diagnosis, providing support to wafer floor factory software, and managing PC hardware inventory. You will work onsite in a 12-hour shift, covering both day and night shifts, and may develop small-scale scripting/automation.

About You

Required:

Ability to work night shifts Monday to Wednesday and every other week Monday to Thursday from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am.
Proficiency in PC setup, installation (hardware & software).
Experience with Windows/Linux OS and software/applications troubleshooting.
Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Prior experience with help desk/applications support.
