Thermo Systems is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead - Commissioning to join their team in Beaver Dam, WI. The role involves leading complex control system startup and commissioning activities while supporting project execution from the field.

About the Role

As a Senior Engineering Team Lead - Commissioning, you will be responsible for leading startup and commissioning activities for control system projects, diagnosing and resolving PLC, HMI, SCADA, network, and instrumentation issues, and managing day-to-day technical execution for assigned projects. You will also mentor technicians and engineers, serve as the technical point of contact for customers, and collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accurate schedules and reporting.

About You

Required:

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of controls engineering, commissioning, or system integration experience.
Strong PLC/HMI/SCADA troubleshooting and commissioning expertise.

Preferred:

Solid understanding of complex control system design and field execution.
Familiarity with industrial networks, instrumentation, and startup sequencing.
Working knowledge of QA/QC and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
