- 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation tools.
- BS or BA or equivalent experience.
- Analytical skills with the ability to report data and performance metrics.
