Summary
Respawn Entertainment is seeking a Senior Environment Artist for their Star Wars Jedi project, offering a 12-month temporary full-time opportunity in various locations including Orlando, FL.
About the Role
As a Senior Environment Artist, you will create new assets, build out levels, and collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality presentations. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing believable 3D environments, creating detailed textures, ensuring asset performance, and mentoring other artists.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years professional experience as a Senior Environment Artist for games or similar roles.
- Fluency in Maya, Blender (or equivalent 3D software), Substance, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of scale, proportion, and surface properties.
- Strong understanding of game engine tools and pipelines such as UE5, Maya, and other proprietary tools.
Preferred:
- Ability to polish gameplay moments to a AAA quality.
