About the Role
As a Senior Events and Marketing Specialist, you will develop and manage the firm's annual event calendar, plan and execute various events, oversee event logistics, manage budgets, and support marketing content. You will work closely with firm leadership and practice group chairs to align event strategies with firm objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and event planning, or business development required in a professional services firm.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex in-person and virtual events.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred:
- Law firm experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
