About the Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant in Payments, you will maintain complex calendars, screen calls, arrange travel, coordinate meetings, process invoices, assist with onboarding, produce high-quality communications, and oversee office operations. You will interact with executive-level clients and adapt procedures to meet departmental goals.
About You
Required:
- At least five years of administrative experience.
- Advanced ability to organize.
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above.
- College degree is a plus.
