About the Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will directly support a C16 level manager and the entire department. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day calendars, coordinating executive appointments and meetings, preparing materials for meetings, assisting with document creation, coordinating travel arrangements, tracking expense reports, and training other administrative staff as needed. You will also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding the firm's reputation.
About You
Required:
- Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
