Summary
ZS is seeking a Senior Experience Strategist to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on creating engaging experiences across channels to enhance interactions between customers and businesses.
About the Role
As a Senior Experience Strategist, you will design and deliver new services, products, and brand experiences that solve customer problems and increase brand value. You will create human-centered design deliverables, partner with cross-disciplinary teams, execute qualitative customer research, lead design sprints, and present design solutions to stakeholders. Additionally, you will facilitate Design Thinking workshops and integrate AI technologies to enhance user experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in design, design strategy, design research, service design, industrial design, psychology, anthropology, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience applying Design Thinking methods to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Experience with the user-centered design (UCD) process and designing complex, multi-channel customer experiences.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with digital product management and agile methodologies.
