About the Role

As a Senior Field Engineer, you will be responsible for strategic planning within the field engineering departments, monitoring project performance, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring adherence to standard operating practices. You will work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to document requirements, create system designs, and manage multiple projects to successful completion.

About You

Required:

Several years of experience working with audiovisual equipment and systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to recommend solutions for technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining complex technical information.

Preferred:

A degree in a related field such as audio engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
Certifications in specific AV systems, such as Crestron or AMX.
Experience leading a team of technicians and managing projects.
