About the Role
As a Senior Finance Information Systems Analyst, you will act as a Workday subject matter expert, leading cross-functional optimization projects and driving process improvements. Your responsibilities will include developing finance, payroll, and foundational data model solutions, translating functional requirements into system designs, providing Tier 2 support, and creating detailed system documentation. You will also lead bi-annual releases for specific functional areas and gather reporting requirements from non-technical users.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of related experience required.
- Proficiency in Workday required.
Preferred:
- Project management and/or process improvement certification/training (such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred.
- Workday Certification is a plus.
- Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
