About You
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 8+ years of finance experience in a complex, multinational environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), SQL, Hyperion, and digital tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling expertise.
- Experience in revenue modeling and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and challenge the status quo.
- Professional maturity to interact with leadership across functions.
