About the Role
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will support long-range planning, prepare annual budgeting processes, and drive strategic plans critical to the success of the VIB business. You will collaborate with business partners for decision support, perform market impact analysis, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will lead financial oversight for business proposals and strengthen business processes within the finance team.
About You
Required:
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible finance and business experience.
- Strong financial analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization.
- Proven understanding of Excel for financial models and analysis, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CMR and Hyperion Planning.
