- 1-2 years financial modeling experience (regardless of industry)
- Bachelor's degree in management, finance or accounting
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Client-oriented work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial theory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Desire to contribute thought leadership to engagements
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key clients
- Tenacity, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement
