About You
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ideally in the mortgage industry.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; familiar with BI tools and financial systems.
- MBA, CFA, or CPA.
- Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
