Sonos, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves supporting the Operations Finance team in managing over $1B in annual COGS through financial processes such as forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support.
About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver core financial processes, provide strategic decision support, and advance financial systems and tools. Your responsibilities will include analyzing Bill of Materials cost structures, coordinating with inventory accounting, leading cross-functional initiatives, performing ROI analysis, and supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a technology-related field OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A, inventory accounting, or a related finance role.
Strong understanding of GAAP, gross margin drivers, and familiarity with both P&L and balance sheet structures.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners and managing operating budgets.
At least 2 years of experience supporting supply chain functions within a multinational consumer products, technology, or manufacturing company.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets and extract insights using analytical tools.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to build robust financial models.
Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with global business partners across varying levels of financial literacy.
Highly self-motivated and resourceful, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex topics and steep learning curves independently.
