Tebra is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in the United States. The role involves being the primary financial architect supporting the revenue engine and optimizing growth profitability.
About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will focus on strategic financial architecture, unit economics, revenue quality, and executive reporting. You will own the 3-Year 3-Statement Integrated Model, act as a financial expert for Sales and Marketing, partner with Product and Customer Success for revenue strategies, and prepare presentations for the executive team.
About You
Required:
2-3 years of experience in a demanding financial role (Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting).
Expert-level proficiency in advanced financial modeling, including 3-Statement integration and cohort-based LTV/CAC analysis.
Strong experience with modern FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive) and data extraction from CRM (Salesforce).
Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable visuals using BI tools (Tableau).
