About the Role

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will lead complex system implementations, partner with Finance and Sales operations to design technology solutions, own the technical roadmap for projects, collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior team members.

About You

Required:

7+ years of relevant experience in a similar Business Systems Analyst role.
Deep expertise in NetSuite ecosystems, including Advanced Revenue Management and Multibook accounting.
Proven track record with complex integrations, specifically connecting upstream and downstream systems like Salesforce CPQ, Workato, and NetSuite.
Strong architectural design skills.
Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with tools like Workday, Coupa, or Zone Billing.
Ability to thrive on giving and receiving feedback.
Love for solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
Adaptability to changing trends in technology and business requirements.
A sense of humor.
