About the Role
As a Senior Financial Systems Manager, you will support SoFi's use of the Workday Financials solution, work with business leaders to define requirements, write specifications for interfaces, recommend Workday plug-ins, document and implement configuration changes, analyze business information requirements, and develop training on financial processes.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years supporting financial business processes.
- 5+ years Workday Financials ERP experience including writing custom reports and designing workflows.
- Strong, hands-on Workday knowledge.
- B.S. degree in a technical, business or analytical field required.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Workday (Accounting Center Cert, Advanced Composite Reporting, Prism Reporting Cert).
- Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Fivetran or Celigo.
- Financial institution experience.
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx and SQL (Snowflake).
