About the Role
As a Senior Food Service Worker, you will report to the Food Services Manager and work within the kitchen, cafeteria, dishroom, and/or patient services. Your responsibilities will include meal assembly, catering, dishwashing, sanitation, safety, and assisting in training new Food Service Workers.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3 years prior skilled food preparation/service experience.
- Knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques.
- Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English.
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
