About the Role
As a Senior Food Service Worker, you will report to the Food Services Manager and work in the kitchen, cafeteria, dishroom, and patient services. Your responsibilities will include meal assembly, service and delivery, catering, dishwashing, sanitation, safety, and assisting in training new Food Service Workers.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3 years prior skilled food preparation/service experience.
- Knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques.
- Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English.
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
