Foundation Wellness is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in Wadsworth, OH. The role involves leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives across the organization.
About the Role
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be the financial thought partner to operational and commercial leaders, assisting with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning cycles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business goals, develop complex financial models, analyze manufacturing cost drivers, and prepare financial reports for leadership and investors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA highly preferred).
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in PE-backed manufacturing or CPG environments.
- Strong command of financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools.
- Fluency in ERP platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Deep understanding of standard costing and variance analysis.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven cultures.
- Strategic communicator, with executive presence and analytical depth.
