About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Science, Math or other Quantitative Field, or commensurate experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or Fintech.
- Advanced SQL and coding skills for data segmentation and aggregation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Qlik).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicator (KPI or OKR) metrics.
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional team decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and empathy in cross-functional team settings.
