As a Senior Front End Developer at Lateral, you will design, implement, and maintain front-end features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize applications for performance, and mentor junior developers. You will also be involved in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of professional front-end development experience building digital applications.
- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling (e.g. React, npm, webpack).
- Fluency in CSS and understanding of front-end technologies.
- Strong attention to design principles and user experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI & Gen AI tooling.
- Understanding of backend concepts.
- DevOps experience (continuous integration, hosting, etc.)
