Raft is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team in the Greater Colorado Springs Area. The role involves developing and maintaining scalable full stack applications that power Raft's flagship products using Java or Golang on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building robust solutions while ensuring security, performance, and reliability across mission-critical applications. You will contribute to technical decisions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, working directly with customers to gather feedback and implement improvements.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
- Proficient in full-stack development with strong backend experience using Java or Golang and frontend expertise in ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices design patterns.
- Knowledge of security best practices for enterprise applications.
- Experience with data processing and API development.
- Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with highly regulated industries (defense, aerospace, finance, healthcare).
- Familiarity with classification levels and secure development practices.
- Experience with edge computing and tactical deployment considerations.
- Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architectures.
- Experience with container orchestration in air-gapped or disconnected environments.
- Background in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
