About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and own end-to-end full stack solutions supporting Financial Well-Being and retirement planning experiences at scale. Your responsibilities will include developing modern web applications, integrating with internal platforms and third-party systems, delivering AI-enabled features, and establishing monitoring for services. You will also lead technical design and implementation, ensuring usability, performance, and sustainability.
About You
Required:
- Strong proficiency with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React, using TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building API-driven systems, including REST and GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience developing and running applications on AWS.
- Minimum of five years related work experience, with at least one year of development experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications.
- Understanding of AI governance and responsible-AI practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
