Summary
Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Redwood City, CA. The role involves shaping the technical direction of their Strategy Execution Platform, working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute high-quality code, design scalable services and APIs, mentor engineers, and drive the resolution of performance challenges. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions and establish best practices for code quality and reliability.
About You
Required:
- At least 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full stack ownership.
- Expertise in Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Strong experience with React and modern frontend patterns.
- Production experience with PHP and MySQL.
- Working knowledge of Python for backend services, scripting, or integrations.
- Experience building and operating systems on AWS.
- Proven ability to design scalable architectures and optimize system performance.
- Deep problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a technical lead and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent-based frameworks.
- Experience using AI tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
- Background in DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Cypress or end-to-end testing frameworks.
