Summary
Citi is seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer - Vice President to join their team in Irving, TX. The role involves driving the design, development, and integration of Generative AI solutions across the enterprise Controls Technology platform.
About the Role
As a Senior Generative AI Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement generative AI solutions, develop and optimize large language models, and support the integration of AI models into production environments. You will also mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to ethical AI guidelines.
About You
Required:
- 5 plus years of experience in AI/ML, including significant experience in Generative AI.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and fine-tuning methods such as LoRA, QLoRA, Adapter/Prefix Tuning, and instruction tuning.
- Proficient in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) and distributed training.
- Strong skills in Python and experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and API development.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful AI-driven projects in a business environment.
- Experience working with AWS (or equivalent) cloud infrastructure for AI/ML.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and major GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
