About the Role
As a Senior Global People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding processes, driving global mobility programs, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. You will also partner with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and support employee lifecycle changes.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of HR Operations experience with a focus on employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and vendor coordination.
- Proven track record working within global or hypergrowth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of US and EMEA employment policies and practices.
Preferred:
- Experience working with EOR providers and benefits vendors across multiple EMEA and APAC countries.
- Experience in global mobility - immigration, visas, international relocations and transfers.
