About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-performing static and animated digital ads for paid media campaigns, creating creative assets for traditional print channels, and developing responsive design assets for websites and email templates. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and brand strategists to ensure visual assets align with campaign goals and platform specifications. Additionally, you will support brand identity work and stay informed on digital design trends.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of digital design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong portfolio of digital ad work and cross-platform creative campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, color theory, and typography in screen-based design.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with print production workflows and brand identity development.
- Experience with responsive design principles and accessibility considerations.
- Working knowledge of ad platform specs and best practices (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
