About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in hardware development, integration, or test engineering in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics industries.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience with complex electromechanical systems integration, assembly, and test.
- Experience designing test fixtures, test racks, or automated test equipment.
- 5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience.
- Experience with product level validation testing (Thermal, EMC/EMI, Shock, Cycle Testing, etc.).
- Experience working with Git or an equivalent distributed version control system.
- Expert knowledge of space hardware standards (NASA-STD-8739.4A, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001).
- Experience with electronic testing, optical systems integration, or avionics hardware validation.
