About the Role
As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will coach and mentor the branch team, collaborate with bankers to enhance customer experiences, and develop partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations. You will also act as a mortgage expert, providing consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Preferred:
- FHA/VA sales experience.
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
