About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management, or equivalent experience required.
- 10+ years of strong employee relations experience.
- Extensive working knowledge of federal and CA employment laws.
- Experience developing HR policies and handbooks.
- Proven experience in researching CA employment laws.
- SPHR certification.
- Experience with salary surveys and benchmarking.
- Experience in conducting internal workplace investigations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
