About the Role

As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will manage end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes. You will ensure the accuracy of HRIS data and serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR operations and payroll. Additionally, you will support bi-weekly payroll processing, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and identify opportunities for process improvement while collaborating with HR leadership and global teams.

About You

Required:

5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related role.
Hands-on payroll experience (U.S. payroll required; multi-state experience strongly preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR operational processes and employee lifecycle management.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience supporting a fast-growing or international organization.
Familiarity with benefits administration and vendor management.
Experience partnering closely with Finance and external service providers.
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
