About the Role
As a Senior HRBP, R&D, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support Legend's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, employee experience, and change management. You will leverage data insights for workforce planning, manage complex employee relations issues, and collaborate with various HR teams to execute talent strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner in R&D.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
