About You
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a focus on Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong verbal, written and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- HR Certifications such as PHR/SPHR/GPHR or SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP.
- Experience in high-growth, startup, DOD, or tech environment.
