About the Role
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, implementing strategic HR initiatives, aligning HR priorities with operational needs, leading talent acquisition efforts, providing expertise on change management, supporting leadership development, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Preferred:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- HR experience in a union environment, including the administration and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
