About the Role
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will act as a go-to resource for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. You will lead new hire onboarding, manage benefits administration, oversee performance reviews, handle employee relations issues, support recruiting efforts, analyze HR data, and contribute to employee engagement programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- 8+ years’ progressive HR experience with solid generalist responsibilities.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting multi-state and/or fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office.
Preferred:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Prior experience in entertainment sports or broadcast media.
