Summary
Core One is seeking a Senior HUMINT Analyst to join their team in Fort Belvoir, VA. The role involves conducting intelligence analysis and operations management to support CI/HUMINT operations.
About the Role
As a Senior HUMINT Analyst, you will be responsible for managing collections operations and conducting intelligence analysis to support current and future CI/HUMINT operations. Your tasks will include assessing collection posture, conducting operational analysis, and ensuring quality control of intelligence reports. You will work closely with decision-makers to provide detailed analysis and representation of operational gains.
About You
Required:
- 12 years of experience in intelligence analysis, management, or leadership position.
- 8 full-time years as a HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community role.
- Master's Degree.
- Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligibility.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as DOD Intelligence Fundamentals, Certified Defense All Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2, or Intelligence Planner Certification.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
- Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707.
