About the Role
As a Senior Immigration Attorney Staff, you will be part of the frontline legal team, conducting intakes and legal consultations, developing legal strategies, and participating in community outreach events. You will work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure clients receive the best possible service while staying current with immigration law changes.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years attorney experience in immigration cases: VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, SIJS.
- License to work in the United States.
- Bilingual (Spanish fluent or native/English).
- Strong writing skills.
- Member of the Bar.
Preferred:
- Experience with immigration case management systems.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented attitude.
