Required:
- JD with experience in risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
Preferred:
- Regulatory and privacy litigation experience.
