About the Role
As a Senior Industrial Engineer - Fasteners, you will be responsible for auditing and tracking torque strategies, serving as a subject matter expert on fasteners, driving innovations in fastening technology, and supporting production and launch activities. You will also lead torque training across plants and collaborate with corporate fastening engineers on new products.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of fastener Engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling.
- Expertise in programming Atlas Copco controllers and torque equipment software.
