About the Role
As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, CNC, and automation systems, maintaining HVAC systems, conducting forklift maintenance, and supporting building upkeep. You will also respond to equipment breakdowns, keep accurate maintenance documentation, and partner with the EHS team on safety projects.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, CNC equipment, HVAC, and automation components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting machine controls, automation systems, and facility support equipment.
- Forklift maintenance experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Computer literacy for completing maintenance logs and reporting.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
