About the Role
As a Senior Information Security Director, you will lead security assessments, implement security controls, and manage governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor on security architecture and best practices, while also supporting internal security measures for TTG. Your responsibilities will include overseeing incident response activities, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement in security operations.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Information Security, with a blend of engineering, consulting, and program leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and security frameworks (HIPAA, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with IAM, Azure security, AD hardening, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Preferred:
- Experience with Epic Security.
- Industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CISM, HCISPP, Security+, CEH, or equivalent.
