Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Cambridge, MA. The role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure systems, with a focus on Cloud Computing, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence.
About the Role
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the release lifecycle for Kubernetes-based components, defining and implementing versioning strategies, automating deployment workflows, and collaborating with product engineering. You will also provide cross-cloud infrastructure support across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes including authoring Helm charts, CRDs, and managing custom controllers or operators.
- Proven hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience in building and maintaining software distribution models for customer-hosted or hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiar with modern CI/CD tools and pipelines such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or CircleCI.
- Proficient in infrastructure-as-code and scripting, including tools like Terraform, Helm, and languages like Bash, Go, or Python.
Preferred:
- Experience delivering commercial-grade Kubernetes tooling or operators.
- Understanding of Kubernetes RBAC, multi-tenancy, and enterprise-grade deployment practices.
- Familiarity with zero-downtime deployment techniques and service mesh technologies.
- Security expertise in cloud-native and Kubernetes ecosystems.
