Summary
Reltio is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to develop advanced technical training for their global ecosystem of customers, partners, and internal teams.
About the Role
As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will design and develop innovative, role-based learning experiences across various formats, create high-fidelity storyboards, translate complex technical content into digestible learning materials, and manage end-to-end courseware development. You will also curate content within the Learning Management System and measure learning effectiveness using various metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in instructional design with a focus on technical or SaaS product training.
- Proven experience developing technical training in formats such as eLearning, ILT/vILT, and simulations.
- Strong visualization and storyboarding skills.
Preferred:
- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mass Communication.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards.
- Conceptual understanding of data management principles.
- Exposure to developer environments/tools.
