About the Role
As a Senior Insurance Accountant, you will strengthen Controllership capacity during the US GAAP conversion process. Your responsibilities will include supporting the accounting basis realignment, leading the development of US GAAP accounting policies, executing dual-basis reporting, preparing financial statements, and enhancing internal controls and audit readiness.
About You
Required:
- 10-15 years of accounting experience within life insurance and annuities.
- Deep technical experience in US GAAP and STAT.
- Strong internal controls and audit coordination background.
Preferred:
- LDTI exposure.
- SEC reporting and public-company experience.
- Experience navigating accounting transitions or regulatory change.
