About You
- 5-7 years of investment experience in structured credit or relevant sectors.
- Direct experience originating, structuring, and executing investment grade or sub-investment grade debt transactions.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience working with, training, and leading less experienced team members.
- Self-motivated and proactive with effective communication skills.
