About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education and experience.
- Epic Certification within 90 days of hire.
- 4 or more years of epic certification with build experience.
- 7 or more years of build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software.
- Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations.
- Epic Cadence Certification.
- Epic Prelude Certification.
- Expertise in transforming business needs into smart system configurations and validating workflows.
- Deep understanding of complex applications and their capabilities.
- Skilled at diagnosing issues and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Ability to uncover patterns and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience in creating clear, standardized documentation.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and community partners.
