About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education and experience.
- Epic Certification within 90 days of hire.
- 4 or more years of Epic certification with build experience.
- 7 or more years of build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software.
- Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations.
- Experience with building and supporting facility structure, referrals, and Epic Cadence.
- Epic Prelude Certification.
- Expertise in transforming business needs into system configurations and validating workflows.
- Deep understanding of complex applications and their capabilities.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in creating clear, standardized documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer education skills.
- Demonstrated service excellence and professionalism.
